The service is for businesses and adults. It works with credits: each tool shows its cost before you run it, and credits are deducted when it starts. If a generation fails for a technical reason, its credits are refunded automatically.

Subscriptions: your plan's credits are added each time a payment goes through (monthly, quarterly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your account; they stop at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period.

Top-ups: available anytime, with or without a subscription. Unused credits stay on your account while it is active. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.

Credits are digital content delivered immediately. By buying, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once credits are used. An unused purchase can be refunded on request within 14 days.

Prices are shown in euros or US dollars depending on the site. All taxes included. Credits and subscriptions are resold by Link (Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company), our official reseller: Link takes the payment, collects and remits VAT or local sales tax, and sends you an invoice and a receipt for every payment. Link may offer to charge you in your own currency. On your bank statement, the charge starts with “LINK.COM*”. You can also track purchases and cancel a subscription on link.com, and ask Link support (support.link.com) about payments.

You remain responsible for how you use the images. A photo edited or generated by AI must be presented as such to buyers and tenants. You must not use the service to misrepresent the real condition of a property or to depict real people without their consent.

Everything you generate is yours and can be used commercially. The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months. Belgian law applies.

We process your name, email address, the images and text you upload, the results we produce and your credit history. Payments are handled by Link (Stripe), which acts as seller and independent data controller for your payment and billing data (link.com/privacy); we never see your card details.

We use this data to provide the service, invoice you, prevent abuse and, if you agree, measure our advertising (Google Ads).

We also count visits without cookies: your IP address and browser become an anonymous fingerprint that changes every day. Nothing is stored on your device, and these statistics are kept for 13 months.

Processors: our hosting provider, Stripe (payments), Google, OpenAI and fal (image and text generation, through business plans that do not train on your files).

Uploaded and generated images are deleted 90 days after creation. Your account is kept while active; invoices are kept for 7 years as required by law.

You can access, correct, delete or export your data by writing to [email protected], and complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
